Processing purposes and legal bases

for the purpose of concluding a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
for archival (evidential) purposes constituting the implementation of a legitimate interest in securing information in case of legal need to demonstrate facts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Requirement to provide personal data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, their processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and for taking actions before concluding the contract. Refusal to provide data results in the inability to conclude a contract or take actions before its conclusion.

Your data is disclosed for the purpose of achieving specific objectives:
entities processing data on behalf of the Company, in particular subcontractors – i.e., companies managing branches on behalf of the Company, law firms, insurance companies, service providers within warranty repairs
entities authorized under legal provisions

Data transfer
The Company does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations
Your rights
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
1. the right to access your personal data and receive a copy thereof (Art. 15 GDPR), 2. the right to request rectification of personal data (Art. 16 GDPR), 3. the right to request restriction of processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Art. 18(2) GDPR. 4. the right to erasure of personal data, subject to Art. 17(3)(b), (d), (e) GDPR 5. the right to object to data processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) and (f) GDPR, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or they are necessary for the possible establishment, pursuit or defense of claims
Personal data retention period
The Company will store your personal data resulting from concluded contracts no longer than necessary, i.e., for the duration of the contract and 6 years after the end of the contract for the purposes of documenting contract performance and fulfilling tax obligations, but not shorter than until the final completion of any proceedings.
Right to lodge a complaint with the authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw
