You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
✅ How to return a product?
Fill in the return form: – at the end of our store regulations – included in every package)
Pack the product – preferably in its original packaging, secured for transport. Place the completed return form inside the parcel.
Attach the return label – it’s included with the shipment. If it’s missing, contact us and we’ll email you a new one
Ship the package using the courier listed on the return label.
